Displaying 65,536 colours, the A500's TFT LCD lets you view images in vibrant, natural colour. You can of course download a vividly coloured wallpaper for use as the standby display, however for that extra touch of style, why not coordinate your wallpaper with the X-Changeable Cover. The A500 offers 16-polyphonic ring tones. select from four pre-installed melodies, or download other ring tones and wallpapers from Panasonic Box.

Only 19.5 mm in profile when closed, the slim and stylish A500 clamshell phone is a pleasure to use. When a call comes in, just touch the button near the hinge and the cover flips open. This one-push feature makes the A500 easy to use even if you have long fingernails or only one hand free.
